However some requests may not result in immediate changes to settings which are subject to periodic operations and maintenance schedules. Please note that information may remain in backup records, and we may retain certain data relevant for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally-identifiable or de-identified data, Account recovery, or if required by law.

We are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly or that do not include complete information. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative and must describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
